Job description:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Intake Specialist with 2-3 year Personal Injury experience to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is critical in evaluating potential cases, guiding individuals through the intake and sign-up process, and ensuring a smooth transition into representation. We requires a proactive, organized individual who can manage multiple conversations and tasks while maintaining a high level of client care and professionalism.
Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from prospective clients
- Collect and document essential case details, including accident circumstances, injuries, insurance coverage, and medical treatment
- Assess and qualify potential cases based on firm criteria
- Clearly explain the firm’s representation process and next steps to prospective clients
- Prepare, send, and follow up on retainer agreements to secure new clients
- Maintain consistent follow-up with warm leads to maximize case conversion
- Accurately enter and update client information and notes in the case management system
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and internal staff to ensure efficient onboarding of new clients
- Help Junior Intake
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in legal intake, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Familiarity with (Filevine) case management systems is a plus

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
