Job description
Ioannis Vassardanis and Partners is a boutique law firm in Athens, Greece specializing in International Arbitration, (commercial and investment), Energy law, Construction law and Corporate law.
Location: Athens (on site)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting legal research opining on legal issues related to Energy Law, Construction Law and Arbitration.
- Keeping abreast of legislative and regulatory changes in the relevant fields for the purpose of updating clients.
- Drafting, reviewing, and commenting on commercial and construction contracts and other relevant legal documents.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in more than one of the following fields:
-Arbitration
– Energy Law
-Construction Law
-Corporate Law
- Master’s degree (LLM) from a recognized institution in one of the above-mentioned fields. A Master’s degree conducted in English language will be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English (oral and written).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong research skills with the ability to analyze and synthesize legal information.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, including associates and senior lawyers.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients and colleagues effectively.
