Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support our legal and compliance functions. This role offers a
unique opportunity
for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience to gain
hands-on
exposure to corporate law, intellectual property, and technology-related legal matters in a
fast-paced
,
innovative
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.
Conduct legal research and provide insights on
regulatory compliance
related to AI, data privacy, intellectual property, and technology laws.
Support the preparation and maintenance of legal documentation, including corporate governance records and intellectual property filings.
Monitor and analyze updates in laws and regulations that may impact the company’s operations or products.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to address legal issues and provide strategic advice on risk mitigation.
Assist in responding to legal queries, audits, and dispute resolutions as needed.
Requirements &
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); additional certifications in IP law or technology law are a plus.
0-2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in technology, AI, or SaaS sectors (internships will be considered).
Strong understanding of contract law, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and intellectual property rights.
Excellent research, analytical, and
communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a

Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about emerging legal challenges in AI and tech industries.
