Legal Advice:
Provide legal counsel on corporate law, commercial law, and contractual matters
Assist in navigating legal complexities and offering strategic solutions to operational challenges
Contract Management:
Draft and review contracts, including Master Services Agreements and Consulting Agreements
Negotiate terms and ensure all agreements are compliant with legal standards
Corporate Governance:
Support corporate secretarial functions and documentation for affiliate companies
Ensure compliance with organizational changes and relevant regulations
Data Protection Compliance:
Work alongside the Data Protection Officer (DPO) to maintain data compliance across various entities
Assist in audits related to data protection, and contribute to training programs

Requirements
Juris Doctor or equivalent degree from an accredited legal institution
Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and data protection law
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts
Proficient in both English and French; additional languages are a plus
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professional integrity
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience working in an international and multicultural environment is highly desirable
