We are expanding our global team and we’re looking for a Legal Associate to bring their wider knowledge and help us get our product and service more widely known and used.

Responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance on global workforce management, including hiring, terminations, remote work regulations, and expatriate employment.
Draft, review, and update employment contracts to ensure compliance with local labor laws in multiple jurisdictions.
Draft and review commercial agreements, service agreements, and partnership contracts.
Assist in contract negotiations to mitigate legal risks while ensuring business objectives are met.
Monitor updates in employment, licensing, and data protection laws across multiple jurisdictions.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and external legal counsel as needed.
Provide day-to-day legal guidance to the company’s leadership, and other departments.
Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and internal controls.
Maintain and organize legal documentation, contract databases, and compliance records.
Conduct legal research on new and emerging regulations affecting the fintech industries.
Requirements:
Law degree (5-year program) from an accredited university.
At least 2 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law, employment law, fintech, or regulatory compliance.
Strong understanding of international employment regulations, corporate governance, and contract law.
Experience in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements and legal documentation. Knowledge of GDPR, AML, KYC, and financial regulations is a plus.
Fluent English (spoken and written); additional language skills are an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess legal risks and propose solutions.
Detail-oriented with excellent research and drafting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks independently.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
