Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive litigation support from case inception to resolution.
Perform in-depth legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and other pertinent legal resources. Manage and organize case files, pleadings, and discovery documents efficiently.
Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as motions, briefs, and summaries.
Oversee all facets of trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witness interviews, and assembling trial binders.
Serve as the primary liaison during trials, managing logistics, exhibits, and technology support. Provide on-site assistance during trials and hearings.
Facilitate post-trial activities, including the preparation of settlement agreements and case closure documents. Maintain regular communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
