About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Legal Advisor who is a blend of a meticulous strategist and a respectful communicator. This role is unique; it requires the "High IQ" to handle complex Technology Transfers and Intellectual Property, and the "High EQ" to manage Land Registrations and Liaising with Government Authorities.
The ideal candidate is someone who carries themselves with humility and respect, whether they are in a boardroom or a local registry office. Someone who relies on their own analytical IQ and years of study, not AI tools. We value original legal reasoning and the ability to draft from scratch based on specific situational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Real Estate & Land: End-to-end handling of Title Clearance, Land Registration, and Purchase/Property Agreements.
- Corporate Contracting: Expert drafting of NCNDs (Non-Disclosure, Non-Compete, Non-Circumvention), Royalty Agreements, and Tech Transfers.
- Public Sector: Managing legal documentation and compliance for Government Tenders.
- Regulatory & Criminal Law: Handling FIRs, police complaints, and representing company interests with local authorities.
- General Counsel: Managing Leave & License agreements and general corporate legal health.
Candidate Requirements
- Expertise: Proven track record in Property Law and Corporate Drafting.
- Linguistic Fluency: Must be able to read, write, and speak English, Hindi, and Gujarati fluently.
- Personality: We are looking for an individual who is Polite, Humble, and Respectful, possessing high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Work Ethic: A proactive approach to solving legal hurdles and a high degree of professional integrity.
