A San Jose law firm is seeking an immigration paralegal. You will be responsible for handling legal cases with the guidance of attorney/senior paralegal. We are a busy, friendly and energetic law firm seeking a candidate with the same qualities. This is an immediately available full-time position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for owning and completing immigration casework by collecting data, preparing forms and drafting documentation, and assembling/filing non-immigrant petitions with USCIS.
- Assist supervising attorneys/seniors with ad-hoc legal tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree;
- Good oral and written communication skills in English;
- Experienced in Microsoft Office;
- Excellent organizational skills, and highly detail oriented;
- Ability to prioritize and manage numerous projects concurrently;
- Mandarin Speaking is a plus.
