Enid Rivera Immigration Law Firm, PLLC is seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney to join our fast-growing firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in removal defense, particularly asylum cases, and will also handle USCIS matters, including family-based petitions, naturalizations and waivers. This role involves client intakes, legal research, case preparation, and representation before immigration courts, USCIS, and other agencies.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Immigration Attorney at ER Immigration Law Firm, PLLC located in Manassas, VA. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling immigration matters on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
Bar admission in any U.S. state or territory of the United States.
Experience in immigration law, particularly removal defense and asylum cases.
Strong legal writing and research skills.
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
