Legal Assistant/Office Manager:
We are a small Estate Planning Law Firm. Previous law office experience preferred, especially in Estate Planning, but not required. Long-term commitment preferred for advancement in legal service responsibilities. This position is highly suitable for anyone intending to continue their career in some capacity of law as mentoring in law is provided by the attorneys to the staff.
Active Law Office requires a mature, intelligent, self-motivated, detail oriented individual who is highly competent to service clients. Capable of assuming responsibility and completing tasks on a deadline, organized, goal oriented, an upbeat personality and a willing attitude to work and learn diligently.Â
Must have excellent writing and verbal skills, possess a courteous and positive attitude, which is a must for client involvement, immaculately clean presentation, organizational skills, be a team player, have keen attention to detail (proof reading) and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook, etc. Internet/website marketing knowledge is a plus.
As you will be exposed to many different tasks and challenges, a cooperative attitude is a must.
Job duties include but not limited to: Legal document drafting, major client contact, administrative tasks, among others.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
