I'm currently hiring an Arabic-speaking Legal Counsel to join a leading GovTech organisation.
📍 Abu Dhabi
💰 AED 40-50k per month
This opportunity would suit a qualified lawyer coming from a private practice background with strong exposure to commercial, corporate and litigation matters across the UAE/GCC region.
🔸Key Responsibilities
– Provide legal advice across commercial, corporate and regulatory matters
– Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
– Support on corporate transactions, governance and strategic projects
– Manage litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel
– Advise on compliance, risk mitigation and internal policies
– Conduct legal research and support business stakeholders across the group
🔸Requirements
– Qualified lawyer with UAE/GCC experience
– Background within a reputable law firm/private practice environment
– Experience across commercial, corporate and litigation matters
– Arabic speaker required
– Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
