This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Legal Assistant in a global FinTec. You will be liaising on a global scale to ensure the firm is complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
Role Responsibilities (full spec. avail)
Interpreting and Analysing various documents, contracts, and procedures
Creating reports, providing recommendations, and implementing initiatives to improve business strategies and address legal requirements
Communicating and Interacting across the whole company to ensure the following of policies and legal standards
Successful Candidates:
. An Bachelors Degree in Law or equivalent from a top Global University
. Relevant experience in a legal profession and hands on experience with Commerical Contracts
. Attention to detail
. Excellent articulation
. Personality!
