The Heald Law Firm, PLLC, is seeking an individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for meeting deadlines in the role of Litigation Paralegal. This individual has a genuine passion for helping others, thrives in a high-volume work environment, and displays a forward-thinking mindset while handling the following responsibilities on Personal Injury Litigation cases;
Responsibilities:
– Drafting and filing initial petitions
– Managing the service delivery of all citations
– Drafting and completing all discovery shells
– Managing and maintaining all the calendaring & scheduling related to
the progression of a Personal Injury caseload, including depositions &
mediations
– Preparing for Trial
Qualifications:
– Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal handling Personal Injury Cases
– Experience handling a caseload of 75 litigation cases is a strong plus
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Experience with Filevine Case Management Software system is a plus
– Experience handling cases in State and Federal court is a plus
