LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant in San Francisco, CA! This is a temporary opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and pull various legal documents from offsite storage.
Ensure documents are in electronic database and records are complete
Organizing and scanning documents into document management system.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
Paralegal Certification preferred.
2 years of related corporate law experience supporting Legal Executives and Managers
2 years of experience in project coordination
Experience with paper and electronic document management related to closing bibles and corporate documents.
Ability to lift and move boxes of files.
Multi-entity and global industry experience is strongly preferred.
Salary:
$35- $38 per hour
