We are looking for experienced Legal Domain Experts with strong expertise in German and/or Swiss law to support an international Legal Research, Analysis & Documentation Project.
Key Expertise Areas:
- ⚖️ Corporate Law
- Labour & Employment Law
- ️ Administrative Law
- Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
- Statutory & Case-Law Research
- Legal Drafting & Document Review
Ideal Candidates:
- Licensed Attorneys, JD/LL.M. graduates, Senior Legal Researchers or experienced Paralegals
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of German and/or Swiss legal frameworks
- Excellent legal research, statutory interpretation & analytical skills
- Experience in legal drafting, document review and citation verification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Professional German proficiency strongly preferred
- English proficiency is an advantage
Engagement Details:
Region: DACH
Jurisdictions: Germany & Switzerland
Commitment: 35 hours/week
Language: German preferred
Selected experts will conduct legal research, analyse legislation and case law, review legal documents, verify authorities and provide accurate, jurisdiction-specific legal analysis.
