Description:This position supports the national security of the United States.
Lockheed Martin’s Aeronautics, home of the F-35 Lightning II fighter, is looking for a dynamic leader to become the Security Operations & Compliance Manager within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization in Fort Worth, TX.
The primary mission of the SES organization is to mitigate risk and promote the safety and security of company personnel and assets, and to ensure compliance with U.S. government and other customer security requirements in support of U.S. national security interests.
The Security Operations & Compliance Manager will lead an exciting team that develops, evaluates, refines, and implements cost effective and value-added security solutions across the Aeronautics enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
Physical Security and Lockshop Operations
Visit and Badging Operations
Security Education and Training
Liaison for Security Incident process (Infractions/Violations)

Basic Qualifications:
The ability to effectively lead personnel and teams
Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with internal and external customers
Extensive knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule)
Knowledge of and experience with the Defense Counterintelligence & Security Agency (DCSA)
Experience with government compliance and audit reviews
Desired Skills:
The right candidate will:
Prior Leadership Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Motivate, inspire, and grow subordinate Security Team members
Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape
Have experience in either DoD Collateral Program, Special Access Program, Personnel Security, Physical Security, and/or Security Education & Training
Possess a Security Clearance, current within the past 5 years or be able attain a clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
