A leading international healthcare provider with a strong and growing presence in Switzerland is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its Swiss operations.

Your responsibilities
Reporting to senior management and working closely with international teams, you will:
- Advise on Swiss corporate governance matters, including board and shareholder-related topics
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (services, partnerships, procurement, etc.)
- Support day-to-day legal matters of the Swiss entities
- Ensure compliance with applicable Swiss laws and regulations, particularly in a healthcare environment
- Provide pragmatic legal guidance to business stakeholders
- Liaise with external counsel when required
- Contribute to legal projects and process improvements at local and group level
Your profile
- Qualified lawyer or in-house counsel with strong knowledge of Swiss law
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience, ideally gained in a law firm and/or in-house environment
- Solid experience in corporate governance and commercial contracts
- Exposure to regulated industries (e.g. healthcare, life sciences, services) is a plus
- Business-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-driven mindset
- Ability to work autonomously while interacting with international stakeholders
- Fluent in French and English; German is strong assets
