McManus Ateshoglou Aiello & Apostolakos PLLC is an expanding litigation firm with offices in the Manhattan Financial District and in Garden City, Long Island. We are seeking to hire a Legal Assistant to join our rapidly growing team in our Manhattan location.
MAAA is a true litigation firm, which takes matters through all phases of the litigation process from pleadings through discovery, substantive motion practice, trial, and appeal.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with appropriate supervision. MAAA offers evening-division law students the opportunity to develop and hone their litigation skills and to develop their writing techniques.

Qualifications:
· Litigation Experience
· Strong Organizational Skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
· Assisting attorneys with maintaining case files
· Preparation of answers, motions, RJIs, and discovery and other defense litigation documents
· Proofread, photocopy, assemble, and distribute prepared materials
· Interaction and communication with clients as required and requested by attorneys
· Any and all other duties as may be required of the job
Benefits:
· Pay $19-$30 / hour
