About the Client:
We are sourcing on behalf of a boutique legal firm based in Abu Dhabi known for its personalized approach and commitment to high-quality legal support across corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution matters. The firm serves both local and international clients and is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Legal Assistant to support its growing caseload and administrative functions.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Remote Legal Assistant to provide administrative, research, and document support to a small team of lawyers. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a professional understanding of legal terminology and document handling. The position offers flexibility, remote work, and exposure to a broad range of legal matters in a boutique law firm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Administration & Document Support:
Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents including contracts, case files, memos, and correspondence.
Maintain digital filing systems, ensuring documents are organized and accessible for the legal team.
Assist with managing client records, case calendars, and deadlines.
Client Coordination & Communication:
Schedule meetings, calls, and deadlines with clients and third parties.
Draft and send routine emails, reminders, and follow-ups on behalf of attorneys.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all written and verbal interactions.
Research & Compliance Assistance:
Conduct basic legal research on statutes, regulations, or case law as instructed.
Assist with gathering supporting documentation for filings or case preparation.
Help ensure compliance with filing procedures and court protocols (where applicable).
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or Business Administration.
1–3 years of experience in a legal assistant or paralegal support role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with document management systems.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting lawyers in UAE-based legal matters (corporate, commercial, or litigation).
Familiarity with court procedures in Abu Dhabi or DIFC is a bonus.
Background in a small law firm or startup legal environment preferred.
