We are currently looking for a Legal & Compliance Associate to support a project with a consulting firm.
This is a 6-month contract (renewable), and we are looking for candidates available immediately.
Responsibilities
- Support regulatory analysis, company setup, and licensing requirements
- Gather and structure inputs from legal teams, compliance/risk functions, and external counsel
- Translate legal frameworks into business implications (e.g., licensing, data privacy, process design, controls)
- Assist in drafting intercompany agreements and regulatory summaries
- Map compliance obligations and track regulatory dependencies and approvals
- Ensure alignment between legal requirements, operating model, and implementation (processes & systems)
Profile
- 2–4 years’ experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles
- Background in Big 4 (risk/compliance), consulting, or law firms (junior associate level) is a plus
- Experience in KSA/GCC preferred
Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance principles
- Exposure to financial services regulations is a plus
- Ability to translate legal text into clear business requirements
- Strong structuring and documentation skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in regulatory/compliance projects, company setup, or contract drafting is a plus
