About the role:
We are looking for a bilingual Legal Appointment Setter to support a fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate will manage outbound and follow-up calls and qualify leads. You’ll play a key role in helping the firm maintain a high-quality client experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Make outbound scripted calls to potential leads.
Follow up with missed inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and set appointments.
Use emotional intelligence to assess lead readiness and client fit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot CRM.
Who are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in outbound sales calls and appointment setting.
High emotional intelligence and client-facing professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Tech-savvy with CRM proficiency (preferably HubSpot).
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
