Location: XX block, Phase 3 DHA, lahore (onsite – no remote work offered)
Timings: 12:30pm – 8:30pm
About the role:
We are seeking motivated individuals to assist in managing personal injury claims. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with our UK office, gaining international exposure and hands-on experience in claims handling and case management.
Key responsibilities
1. Manage a caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims under supervision.
2. Communicate daily with UK-based clients, insurers, solicitors and experts.
3. Handle claims in accordance with MOJ Portal process
4. Liaise with clients, insurers, medical experts and third parties regarding claim progress.
5. Prepare documents for settlement negotiations and maintain case management system (e.g proclaim)
Requirement:
1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in claim handling or related role (not mandatory)
2. LLB Graduate (external degree is a plus)
3. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
4. Experience with proclaim or other case management software is an advantage
