Legal Affairs Office Assistant Jobs in Lynchburg, VA at Liberty University
Office Assistant will assist the professional staff of the Office of Legal Affairs with a wide variety of tasks, including greeting visitors, receiving and directing incoming telephone calls, scheduling meetings, inventory and restocking supplies, light typing, clerical filing (electronic and paper), copying and scanning documents, document delivery and pick up, document organization, and initiating and tracking service tickets.
Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma
2. Professional and polished communication skills
3. Computer and typing skills, including Word and Outlook
4. Clear and pleasant telephone voice
5. Ability to organize
6. Categorize and not disclose confidential information
7. Familiarity with LU organizational structure and physical layout of campus
