What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Monitor and maintain compliance within the Litigation Management System
- Enter, update, and manage case data, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for hearings, depositions, and related litigation events
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners and external contacts to support case progression
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 2-3 years of administrative experience in a legal, insurance, or professional services environment
- Experience supporting litigation activities, including scheduling and case coordination
- Working knowledge of legal terminology, civil litigation processes, and case management systems
- Familiarity with various Maryland courts and local procedures
- Court approval experience and knowledge of the Maryland court system considered a strong plus
