Job Description:

  • Collaborate with BU Heads to align workforce strategies with long-term business goals.
  • Participate in annual strategic planning processes and ensure HR alignment with commercial, medical, regulatory, and manufacturing functions.
  • Lead retention strategies, stay interviews, and exit feedback loops to reduce turnover.
  • Implement learning and development programs tailored to GMP, sales capabilities, and leadership behaviors.
  • Ensure execution of a robust performance management cycle with measurable KPIs aligned to productivity, quality, and compliance.
  • Monitor HR policy compliance across all sites; update SOPs in line with labor law, GMP, and EHS regulations.
  • Plan and manage the HR & GA operational budget, including manpower, welfare, and administrative overheads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in BBA, BBM, Human Resources, or Administration.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in HRGA operations
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with expatriates.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Good personal organizational skills including time management and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Willing to commute between the Thilawa and Yangon offices
