Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct conflict searches and open client files

• Organize and maintain filing systems and documents

• Format documents with attention to detail

• Manage time entry and billing processes

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for lawyers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of LAA experience

• Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
