N/Subs Law Firm with a focus on Conveyancing mainly requires the expertise of an Experience FNB person to join a team of professionals Grade 12 Formal qualification in Legal advantages 5 to 8 years Conveyancing experience essential Bond registrations and cancellations for mainly FNB, but others as standin Attending to Sundries instructions Manage full administrative process of files Manage high-volume bond instructions while ensuring strict compliance with bank panel requirements and registration deadlines Prepare and submit documentation using LexisConvey, LexisSign, e4, Stordoc, WebConvey and DocExchange Assist conveyancer and director with operational and administrative support Assist director with development agreements and drafting of contracts Attend to bulletin administration and reporting as required by the financial institution Deliver security documents and title deeds post‑registration for FNB bonds Training and mentoring juniors when and if needed Expertise in FNB Home loans essential including Cancellations Able to be functional in a driven team Impress with your stable work-record in Bonds
