Job Overview:
We are looking for an Legal Admin to manage customer communications and ensure smooth coordination between the operational team and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent support.
Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:Â Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, or other platforms.
Team Coordination:Â Act as a bridge between the operational team and customers to ensure clear and efficient communication.
Issue Resolution:Â Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
Process Monitoring:Â Ensure the legal administration process runs smoothly by tracking progress and updating customers regularly.
Administrative Support:Â Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in legal, account management, customer service, or a client-facing role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian, as they will be interacting with clients daily.
High attention to detail and excellent time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
Proficiency in using communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
A customer-oriented attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
