Work Experience:
3 – 5 years
Desired candidate would be handling the responsibilities which are mentioned below:
Experience of
working in Mortgages is must.
Experience in Mortgage loans, Title search & exhaustive property due diligence is required.
Knowledge of Drafting Agreement, & various contracts related to Loan Agreement & Mortgages.
Experience of
SARFAESI & Litigation (DRT, HC, NCLT, Consumer) & Title Search is must.
