We are seeking experienced lawyers to join our legal team.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, legal notices, pleadings, opinions, and other legal documents.
* Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide practical, commercially focused advice.
* Manage client matters independently and coordinate with courts, government authorities, external counsel, and other stakeholders.
* Maintain high standards of client service, confidentiality, accuracy, and professional ethics.
* Support the firm’s business-development and knowledge-management initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum five years of post-qualification legal experience.
* Prior experience working in a recognised law firm is mandatory.
* Excellent spoken and written English, with strong legal drafting and communication skills.
* Law degree from a recognised university and appropriate professional qualification.
* Ability to independently manage matters, deadlines, and client communications.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multicultural legal environment.
Candidates who do not have the required law firm experience and minimum five years of legal experience will not be considered.
