An opportunity for a Lawyer/Associate (with 2–5 Years PQE) to join their growing Property & Real Estate team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a lawyer seeking greater autonomy, direct client exposure and genuine career progression within a modern and collaborative firm.
Working closely with the Principal, you'll manage your own matters across Property, Commercial, Litigation and Construction Law while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

What You'll Do
- Manage a broad portfolio of Property, Commercial, Litigation and Construction matters from commencement through to completion, providing commercially focused legal advice and practical solutions to clients.
- Advise on residential and commercial conveyancing matters, property developments, commercial transactions, leasing, contractual negotiations and dispute resolution while ensuring matters are delivered efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents including Contracts of Sale, Section 32 Statements, commercial agreements, leases, transactional documents and litigation correspondence.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by providing proactive communication, strategic legal advice and an exceptional client experience throughout every matter.
- Work closely with overseas investors, assisting them with Australian property transactions, foreign investment requirements and cross-border legal matters.
- Mentor and support a Junior Lawyer and Property Paralegal by providing technical guidance, reviewing work and contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
What You'll Bring
- 2–5 years' Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong experience in Property Law with exposure to Commercial Law, Litigation or Construction Law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a team.
- Commercial mindset with a practical approach to solving client problems.
- Experience using LEAP and PEXA will be highly regarded.
- Experience working with international clients or advising on FIRB matters will be advantageous.
