The Role
We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and commercially minded Lawyer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for a lawyer who has already built a solid legal foundation and is seeking to further develop their expertise through direct involvement in sophisticated legal matters, close collaboration with experienced partners, and regular interaction with domestic and international clients.
The successful candidate will be involved primarily in privacy, commercial, corporate and compliance matters, while also having the opportunity to work on banking and finance, labour law, real estate, regulatory and dispute resolution projects.
The position is particularly suitable for lawyers seeking long-term professional development and the opportunity to become a key member of the firm’s future leadership team.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot provide visa sponsorship, and to be considered for this role, candidates must be able to provide proof of their eligibility to work in Bulgaria.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and legal documentation;
- Participating in data privacy audits, preparing GDPR compliance documentation, reviewing and negotiating data processing agreements, preparing and responding to data privacy claims;
- Advising clients on commercial, compliance, corporate, banking and finance matters;
- Participating in legal due diligence exercises, corporate restructurings and regulatory projects;
- Advising on massive layoffs, disciplinary measures, internal labour rules and documentation;
- Assisting partners in complex transactions and client mandates;
- Participating in client meetings and developing trusted advisor relationships;
- Managing assigned matters independently under partner supervision where required;
- Contributing to internal knowledge management and professional development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Professional Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Law;
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a lawyer and/or in-house counsel;
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation and analytical skills;
- Confident user of legal research and information systems;
- Very good command of MS Office applications and specialized Legal software.
