Our client, an established and reputable family law firm, is looking for a lawyer specializing in civil & estate litigation or family litigation with approximately 5 years or more of experience. She is also open to an experienced lawyer with her own clientele.

YOUR ROLE:
Meet with clients and assist them with their files;
Analyze and handle cases with discernment, diligence and efficiency;
Make the necessary representations before the courts;
Draft procedures and conduct legislative and jurisprudential research;
Manage your case responsibilities autonomously.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor of Laws;
Member of the Quebec Bar;
Relevant experience of approximately 5 years or more in civil and estate litigation or family litigation;
Bilingual, both written and spoken;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong work organization and priority management skills.
