Role Description InvesCore NBFI JSC is seeking a qualified and motivated Lawyer to join its Legal, Risk and Compliance team. The Lawyer will provide comprehensive legal support across the Company’s business operations, with a particular focus on financial services, lending activities, contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of corporate, financial, and commercial law, preferably with experience in Banking, NBFI, securities.
- Proficiency in legal document drafting, review, and negotiation, with attention to detail and risk mitigation.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, policy development, and interaction with regulatory authorities.
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research, prepare clear legal opinions, and communicate complex issues in accessible language.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law; bar admission or equivalent legal qualification required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in relevant local language; proficiency in English and Russian is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work on-site in Ulaanbaatar, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
