Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in reviewing evidence and legal materials for investigations
• Prepare and organize court documents for hearings and appeals
• Oversee electronic disclosure management employing eDiscovery
• Provide support during hearings and trials, managing exhibit logistics
• Engage with court officials, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as a Law Clerk in legal contexts
• Completion of a two-year Law Clerk program and ILCO accreditation
• Knowledge of eDiscovery software and regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with the Ontario Securities Act and related legislation
• Strong analytical, drafting, and organizational accomplishments
