Responsibilities:
Research and analyze legal issues related to cases assigned to them
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Collaborate with managing attorneys on complex cases and projects
Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as an attorney
Law degree from an accredited institution
Proficiency in legal research software
Authorization to work in the US
License to practice law in the State Bar of Texas
