Overview
A prominent and growing law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join its Labor & Employment and Litigation practice in Los Angeles or San Francisco. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial and employment-related disputes, including complex litigation matters in both state and federal courts, while collaborating closely with experienced trial attorneys in a dynamic and collegial environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle labor & employment and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
- Draft motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery, and assist with trial preparation
- Support case strategy, legal research, and client counseling on complex disputes
- Independently manage smaller matters and collaborate with senior attorneys on larger cases
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials
- 4-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in labor & employment or commercial litigation
- Active California Bar admission and experience in federal and state courts
- Strong legal writing, analytical, organizational, and case management skills

The expected salary range is $160,000 – $190,000 excluding bonuses
