A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Litigation Claims Handler to join a growing defendant personal injury team based in Bradford city centre. Working for a modern, commercially focused law firm, you’ll manage a caseload of Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims from initial notification through to litigation, handling high-quality defendant work within a supportive and collaborative team.
The Role Your responsibilities will include:
Managing defendant EL/PL claims through the pre-litigation stage Using the MOJ EL/PL Portal to progress claims efficiently Investigating liability and negotiating settlements Liaising with clients, insurers, experts and third parties Maintaining accurate case records, reserves and compliance Delivering excellent client service throughout the claims process About You You’ll ideally have: A minimum of 2 years’ experience handling defendant EL/PL claims at the pre-litigation stage Experience using the MOJ EL/PL Portal Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload Excellent communication and negotiation skills What’s on Offer?
