Key Responsibilities:
Manage a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions
Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and joint ventures
Collaborate closely with senior partners and clients across various sectors
Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements and related documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law, ideally from a top-tier or Am Law firm
Admission to the California Bar
Strong track record managing commercial real estate transactions independently
Exceptional drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience working with high-profile clients and institutional investors is a plus
A background with well-regarded law firms is strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary between $175,000 and $245,000
Annual performance-based bonus between $20,000 and $60,000
