Position: Junior Structural Engineer / Technician (Civils), Durbanville, Wcape
We are seeking a Junior Conveyancer for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape
.
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
Grade 12 with minimum 2 years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary
Junior conveyancer who can manage own transfer files and manage paralegals
Excellent technical knowledge required
Marketing skills a plus
Computer packages: MS Office, Legal Suite, AJS, Law Deed
Ability to work with high volumes and very high pressure and quick turnaround times
Good communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
