Role Description
This full-time, on-site Legal compliance role is based at the heart of CDMX. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and handling liasion with regulators such as CNBV and Condusef.
Requirements
- Professional experience working with CNBV and Condusef regulations
- 2 to 5 years experience of legal experience in Fintech/SOFOM business. (Please note this is not a senior/managerial position)
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Prior experience in regulatory compliance or consultancy for international business is beneficial.
