Overview
Junior Program Coordinator Jobs in London, England, United Kingdom at Arabian Private Holdings
Title: Junior Program Coordinator
Company: Arabian Private Holdings
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
About the role
This position facilitates the coordination of complex mandates for a regulated entity that requires meticulous project oversight during a period of structural transition. The role provides the administrative organization and logical framework needed to ensure our principals can prioritize deep analysis and high level advice. It is a necessary function for maintaining the clarity and structure required to deliver results across our portfolio of active engagements.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was established on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities. We operate as a fully remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets.
What you will do
- Organize and track progress for various mandates, ensuring all project documentation is accurate and current.
- Support the principals by preparing clear summaries of client meetings and internal discussions.
- Conduct basic research into corporate structures and market conditions to support the development of a firm view.
- Maintain the schedule for client engagements and ensure that all members of the team are aligned on upcoming milestones.
- Assist in the review of operating model documents to identify inconsistencies or areas requiring further investigation.
- Manage the flow of information between our firm and the regulated client to ensure compliance and project continuity.
- Create brief, professional presentations that distill complex data into clear, logical findings.
- Monitor task completion across various workstreams and flag potential delays before they impact the delivery of advice.
What we are looking for
- A high degree of written precision and the ability to explain complex ideas in plain English.
- Logical rigor and the ability to organize information in a coherent, structured manner.
- Natural curiosity about how large holding companies and regulated entities function.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, law, or a related field.
- Comfort working in an environment that prioritizes directness and honest, independent advice.
- Basic familiarity with project coordination tools and a disciplined approach to managing tasks.
- The ability to handle confidential information with the necessary level of discretion.
How we work
We work in a fully remote environment that relies on clear communication and individual accountability. Because we do not have a physical headquarters, our success depends on the strength of our written work and our ability to remain coordinated across different locations. We focus on clarity over complexity, and we expect everyone on the team to be able to justify their reasoning. This role offers the opportunity to observe how high level corporate decisions are made and to receive mentoring directly from our principals. We value efficiency and evidence based arguments rather than long hours for the sake of visibility. Our culture is professional and sober, focusing entirely on delivering the results we have promised to our clients.
What the role offers
- Full-time, permanent employment in a fully remote environment.
- Attractive and competitive pay for the entry level market.
- Direct exposure to senior principals and their approach to solving complex corporate problems.
- The opportunity to develop a rigorous professional mindset within a focused, principal-led firm.
- A working environment that respects your time and prioritizes the quality of output over traditional office politics.
- Impactful work supporting a major regulated entity through a critical period of change.
