The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

  • Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, NDAs, engagement letters, and other legal documents
  • Support the legal team with corporate governance matters, compliance requirements, and regulatory filings
  • Manage and organize the company’s legal documentation and contract database
  • Conduct legal research on topics relevant to the proptech industry, including data privacy, digital transactions, real estate and property law, and central bank regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, HR, Operations) to provide legal input on business and people initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and assist in the preparation of compliance reports
  • Handle due diligence documentation for partnerships and corporate transactions
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as city councils, trade registries, social security offices, and courts
  • Monitor and report on relevant legislative and regulatory changes affecting the company

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university + a Master’s in Law (Acceso a la Abogacía)
  • Registered member of a Bar Association in Spain
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm or within a multinational in-house legal team in the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of contract law and corporate law; knowledge of real estate law is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment is a plus
