Our client, a privately owned investment and holding company is seeking a Paralegal to join its in-house Legal & Compliance function.
This is a broad, hands-on role supporting senior counsel across a range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will be given genuine responsibility from day one and exposure to a sophisticated, multi-entity environment.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers contract drafting and review, corporate secretarial support, legal research, regulatory monitoring, and assistance with due diligence on transactions. The Paralegal will also manage relationships with external counsel and maintain the group's legal registers and entity records.
What We're Looking For
- Candidates should hold an LLB or LLM from a reputable university and ideally at least two years of experience either in private practice or in an in-house legal team.
- Familiarity with Common Law principles is essential.
- Strong drafting skills, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision are all important.
