JOB DESCRIPTIONTitle & Function:Junior Legal Counsel Responsibility & Authority:Support the M&O Legal & Compliance team in delivering legal, compliance, and government affairs support to the M&O Asia Pacific Region (APA) business, ensuring alignment with applicable laws, regulations, business practice and company policies.Report to:APA Legal & Compliance ManagerWorking Place:Shanghai Office Scope of activities : – Provide legal support on commercial and operational matters, including contract review, drafting, and negotiation- Assist in legal risk assessment and provide practical, business-oriented advice to internal stakeholders- Support Ethics & Compliance initiatives, including internal policies, training, and regulatory monitoring- Contribute to Government affairs-related matters, including regulatory communication and coordination where required- Assist in disputes and litigations management and coordination with external counsels- Support corporate housekeeping and internal documentation management- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the M&O Legal & Compliance function
