My client, an established Law Firm based in uMhlanga is looking for a new Junior Attorney. The law firm specialises in Legal recoveries. This is an onsite position and own transport is essential.

Minimum Requirements:
- Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Minimum of 2-5 years post admission experience
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation (Magistrate’s Court Act/High Court; Practise Directives of the Division; NCA; POPIA, etc)
Duties Include:
- Handle legal processes & ensure compliance
- Manage litigation and trial preparations
- Draft and review legal documents
- Appear in court and report to clients/directors
- Support team supervision & ad hoc tasks
Key Competencies
- Excellent drafting; litigation & communication skills
- Strategic legal thinking & business acumen
- Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook
- Working knowledge and experience with Court Online/Case Line
- Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
- Team player with leadership potential
