Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on multiple issues to internal teams
• Negotiate and draft comprehensive commercial agreements
• Manage lifecycle of contracts including material risk issues
• Enhance standard templates and legal processes
• Support organizational compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• Degree in law from an accredited institution
• Must hold an Ontario bar license in good standing
• 3-5 years post-call experience in commercial law
• Proven skills in legal negotiation and drafting
• Understanding of compliance obligations across jurisdictions
