Job Description
Assisting with corporate and immovable property matters
Drafting and arranging execution of corporate documents
Assisting with opening of corporate bank accounts
Handling periodic bank compliance reviews of group companies
Handling compliance due diligence request
Providing support with various ad hoc projects/tasks
Your Profile
Law degree (LLB)
Advanced degree a plus
2+ years in the role of Corporate Lawyer in a law firm or in-house
Relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages, both written and spoken
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and problem solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a great team
Professionalism and integrity
Ability to prioritize, deliver and thrive in a dynamic environment
