Prestigious creditor rights law firm is seeking a Maryland licensed attorney with 0-5+ years of experience practicing in the area of real estate, foreclosure, and/or creditors’ rights law for entry to mid-level attorney positions. Ideal candidate would be available for in-office assignment in our Hunt Valley, MD office.
Key Responsibilities:
Detailed review of documentation related to MD foreclosures to ensure compliance with state and federal law.
Communicate with clients and courts in a timely and professional manner.
Attend court status hearings, mediations, and litigation.
Manage portfolio of title curative and litigation matters related to VA foreclosures and other default-related issues.
Prioritize and manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients’ timelines and expectations.
Day-to-day handling of the Virginia foreclosure pre-sale, post-sale, and accounting processes.

Bar in Maryland required or in process of receiving; additional Virginia licensure a plus.
Education:
Juris Doctorate,
Maryland Law License Required
