Agency VA specialized in providing insurance agencies virtual assistants for staffing and a highly regarded software(AVA) that helps agency owners run their businesses more efficiently. We are hiring a Personal Lawyer to work for a very reputable Lawfirm. This position is HIGHLY FLEXIBLE.
This role requires a deep understanding of family law, estate planning, real estate, contracts, and other personal legal issues that may arise in day-to-day life. This professional is expected to offer proactive advice, draft legal documents, negotiate on behalf of the client, and represent the client in legal proceedings when necessary.
Position overview:
This professional will work directly for the owner of one of the oldest and largest law firms in its practice.
Prefers someone who has a California bar license but can fully work remote.
Bilingual(Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Key Attributes desired:
Ensure the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards in handling client information and legal matters.
Ability to handle legal-related tasks beyond standard administrative duties.
Draft and review personal contracts, disputes, and contract disagreements.
Negotiate settlements and resolve conflicts through alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or arbitration.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding the progress of their legal matters.
Provide timely updates on any legal actions taken or required.

Position includes health benefits available on the first day of the following month after initial start date. Salary for this role is $85000.
